W6 Standard siries Integrated Thermal Module

The W6 Standard Series features an uncooled vanadium oxide (VOx) focal plane array detector with an 8–14 μm spectral response range, a 12 μm pixel pitch, and a 640 × 512 detector resolution.

With an NETD of ≤25 mK and a 50 Hz frame rate, the C6-UC Series delivers smooth thermal imaging with high thermal sensitivity and clear target details. It is equipped with a CVBS analog video output in PAL format and a UART control interface with a baud rate of 115200. The module supports 1× to 8× digital zoom, multiple color palettes—including White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot, and Iron Red—as well as adjustable image enhancement, brightness, and contrast.

The module operates on a wide 5–18 VDC input with power consumption of ≤0.8 W. It is designed for operating temperatures from −20°C to +60°C and provides shock resistance of up to 80 g at 4 ms. Shutter calibration and non-uniformity correction can also be controlled through the UART serial interface.

The C6-UC Series is available with 4 mm, 6.8 mm, and 9 mm lens options to meet different field-of-view and observation-distance requirements. The 4 mm model provides an 87.7° × 75° ultra-wide field of view with a detection range of up to 400 m. The 6.8 mm model offers a 58.9° × 48.6° field of view and a detection range of up to 680 m, while the 9 mm model provides a 46.2° × 37.7° field of view and a detection range of up to 900 m.

Measuring only 21 × 21 × 34.2 mm and weighing approximately 25.5 g, the C6-UC Series combines high-resolution imaging, low power consumption, and a compact, lightweight design for easy integration into UAV systems, handheld thermal devices, monitoring equipment, industrial inspection systems, and other compact thermal imaging applications.
