W6 TIF siries High-Performance Thermal Module
The W6-TIF features an uncooled vanadium oxide (VOx) focal plane array detector with an 8–14 μm spectral response range, a 12 μm pixel pitch, and a 640 × 512 detector resolution.
With an NETD of ≤25 mK and a 50 Hz frame rate, the module delivers smooth, high-resolution thermal imaging with excellent thermal sensitivity and clear target details. It is equipped with a CVBS analog video output in PAL format and uses an SMD interface with a 1.25 mm pitch and 3-pin configuration.
The module features a 9 mm lens with a 46.2° × 37.7° field of view. It provides a detection distance of up to 900 m, a recognition distance of up to 225 m, and a resolving distance of up to 113 m. It also supports the Glow color mode, manual gear selection, and automatic scene switching to accommodate different viewing environments.
The W640-TIF-K1-9 operates on a wide 5–18 VDC input with power consumption of ≤0.8 W. It is designed for operating temperatures from −20°C to +60°C and provides shock resistance of up to 80 g at 4 ms.
Measuring approximately 43.3 × 26 × 35 mm and weighing 56.5 g, the W640-TIF-K1-9 combines high-resolution thermal imaging, low power consumption, and a compact structure for integration into handheld thermal devices, monitoring equipment, industrial inspection systems, and other compact thermal imaging applications.
