The M3-C Series features an uncooled vanadium oxide (VOx) focal plane array detector with an 8–14 μm spectral response range, a 12 μm pixel pitch, and a 384 × 288 detector resolution.

With an NETD of ≤35 mK and a 60 Hz frame rate, the M3-C delivers smooth thermal imaging with reliable temperature sensitivity. It is equipped with a CVBS analog video output and a UART control interface, and supports digital zoom, multiple color palettes, and a variety of scene modes. Image brightness and contrast can also be adjusted to suit different operating environments.

The module operates on a wide 4.5–18 VDC input, with power consumption of ≤0.8 W. It is designed for operating temperatures from -30°C to +60°C and offers shock resistance up to 1,000 g. Available with either a 4 mm or 9.1 mm lens, the M3-C Series features a compact, lightweight design for easy integration into a wide range of thermal imaging systems.
